Five hundred guests. One iconic venue. A high-touch program built around a headline 45-minute live set by Kings of Leon. From talent sourcing to the final note, every element was conceived and executed by Coleture - designed to bring portfolio companies and industry leaders together in a memorable setting.
WHAT WE BUILT
An approach never executed in the space before, Coleture lead a custom stage design inside Schwab Hall supported by immersive lighting, a live countdown to the performance across three LED bar installations, and a private VIP meet-and-greet.
THE EXPERIENCE
Sponsor activation and portfolio company branding were integrated throughout the museum’s floors, anchoring the client’s presence at every touchpoint. A curated culinary program and end-to-end guest experience management, from doors open through the final encore, ensured the night moved with precision culminating in an unforgettable performance.
